Framework

Connect - Listen - Evaluate - Align - Respond

Youth Edition

Ages 12–18 · 6 weeks

School Training

6 sessions · 60 minutes

The Framework

Five Principles. One Clear Path Forward.

Each letter is a weekly focus that helps participants build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and purposeful decision-making.

C

Connect

Who am I? Who's in my corner?

Build community and self-identity. Students learn how to name support systems and practice safe connection.

L

Listen

What is my body and heart trying to tell me?

Grow emotional recognition and regulation. Learn to notice signals, slow down, and respond with care.

E

Evaluate

Where did this come from? Is it really mine?

Challenge limiting beliefs and practice self-compassion. Rewrite the story with truth and clarity.

A

Align

What do I actually value? What do I want?

Identify values and align choices with purpose. Learn what matters and how to live it out.

R

Respond

I get to choose how I show up.

Understand reactions vs. responses, practice boundary setting, and build an intentional response plan.
